Biological honey between the Roero hills and the slopes of the Varaita valley

Besides wines our farm produces honey respecting the rules of organic farming as it is for the wines.

The beehives are situated in Montà where they remain for nearly the entire year; two different kinds of honey are produced in this area: acacia honey and chestnut honey.

Towards the middle of June the beehives are moved to Chianale in the so called Valle Varaita (Varaita valley 1800 m above sea level). The honey produced here is characterized by outstanding features.
